Dead Air provide a conditional lifetime warranty on all of our suppressors against manufacturing defects or breakage associated with the intended normal use of the product. At the company’s sole discretion, we will replace or repair our products as previously stated. Modified, abused, or misused products that require replacement or repair may also be repaired by Dead Air Silencers at the customer’s expense. Dead Air does not assume any other additional express or implied warranties. The warranty policy does not apply, as stated, to modified, abused, neglected, or misused products outside the scope of their intended use. Dead Air does not warrant or accept damages associated with operator error, host weapons, ammunition, or any other cause or event not specifically stated herein. Any or all of the stated non-covered circumstances can cause death or injury to the user or another third party. Dead Air neither expressly nor impliedly accepts any such liabilities.
